Wow! What a finale last night! The oldest Biggest Loser ever--woo hoo Helen!
And then 64-year-old Jerry lost a TON of weight to become the oldest ever at-home winner.
I just love this reality show because EVERYONE is a winner in the end...they get a new life, a fresh start to live healthy lives. Yay for positive TV. It's a welcome change.
