MK found him on PetFinder last week, and we had been talking about getting another dog for a while now....Bailey has had several good play dates with our friend's Boxer, so we were drawn to a Boxer because they are so well-natured and the same size as Bailey. We think he's actually part-Boxer and part-German Shepherd.
Anyhow, we think it'll be good for her to play with another dog, get lots of exercise during the day, and us not feel guilty about leaving her in the backyard alone when we're gone during the day.
Let's be honest, Max will be good for my soul. I'm tired of living life on pause while we wait for a baby. I know that a dog is not the same as a baby, but it gives me something else to love on and take care of in the meantime!!
